Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

Lerubisjewellery does NOT offer any return, refunds or replacement on our product unless in the event of damage caused due to logistics. For this we will need unpacking and unboxing video upon receiving the package. With out the proper details we will not accept any refund, return or replacement.
To start a return, you can contact us at rubygillcouture@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please ship the product along with the receipt or proof of purchase back to us within 7 working days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected. 
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
 
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Lerubisjewellery website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING
Orders usually ship and are delivered within 7 business days of placement. Tracking details will be shared on your registered mobile number and email address.
Please note that we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay delivery time.
